This exciting event caters for anyone who wants a some pampering, health or wants to be super well this Autumn.
Be fitter and healthier than ever before. A team of Health & Wellness people are here for you, to help you refresh this Autumn. They are here to calm, relax and rejuvenate you and help you to feel and look stunning this summer 2016.
There will be music, spoken word poetry open mic and stand up comedy to round off the afternoon.
This is an amazing value for money event. Book early to avoid dissappointment as this is a hugely popular event, tickets are expected to go fast and there are only a limited amount of spaces available.
